Coco finished up Newbee's 0-3 sweep to EDward Gaming in the quarterfinals of the LPL Spring Playoffs with a 9/11/14 KDA.
Coco was on Viktor for Game 1 and probably had the strongest showing out of all five Newbee members. He waited patiently in the early game to pick off Fireloli in the jungle and had a pretty strong grip on the mid lane, as well. Despite picking up a couple more kills in the mid lane, his team had no momentum and were easily handled. Coco chose Talon for Game 2 and was abused constantly. He never managed to get a hold on his lane, and it hurt his team. While the top lane was strong, the mid and bottom lanes couldn't pitch in enough to get the win. Coco moved to Twisted Fate in the final game of the series and finally showed up for battle. He got an early kill on Mouse to start off well, and then picked up a crazy triple kill in the mid game during a 4-for-2 teamfight. Despite all his efforts, Newbee still couldn't overcome what EDG were putting out and were swiftly eliminated from the playoffs in a sweep.
